Subway's Low-fat Subs

 

Subway Subs:  "7 Subs with 6 Grams of Fat or Less", says Subway.

The seven:

  1. Veggie Delite
  2. Turkey Breast
  3. Ham
  4. Turkey Breast and Ham
  5. Roasted Chicken Breast
  6. Roast Beef
  7. The Subway Club

All range from about 200 to 300 calories for a six-inch sub, and that includes the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, olives, and pickles.

Now Subway has added three low-fat "Select Subs" to its menu, as well:

  1. The Honey Mustard Ham
  2. Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki
  3. Red Wine Vinaigrette Club

All range from 310 to 370 calories.

No other major chain sells anywhere close to ten lowfat sandwiches.
