These are full of flavor without being fried! The term Veggie Chips might be misleading to some. The veggie probably refers to the spice mix that is used to season the chips and not the fact that the chips are made from a vegetable.

A serving of Wheat Thins Veggie Chips (11 chips) contains the following.

  • 120 calories
  • 1 gram of fiber
  • 4 grams of fat

Regular potato chips e.g. Lay's Potato Chips have about 150 calories and 10 grams of fat in a serving of about 16 chips. Baked Lay's only have 1.5 grams of total fat and 110 calories per serving.

Wheat Thins Veggie Chips are oven-toasted with real vegetable bits in a delicious crispy-crunchy chip that has 60 percent less fat than regular fried potato chips and 0 grams of trans fat.

There is a whole wheat version of Veggie Chips, too but word is they're not as good.
