Get the 32-ounce "large" and you're talking more than a full day's saturated fat, 820 calories, and 25 teaspoons of sugar.
Dunkin' Donuts isn't exactly known for being a friend to your arteries, but the 28 grams of saturated fat in a large Coolatta are what you'd get in a slice of the Cheesecake Factory's Original Cheesecake.
Coolattas don't have to be that bad.
Order your Coolatta with skim milk instead of cream and the saturated fat goes to zero. The taste shouldn't suffer any, although you may lose a little of the creaminess - but this is a good thing in this case.
Even whole milk means five grams of saturated fat in the large.
