Kettle Cuisine Soups

Unless home made, soups are almost always high in sodium content and Kettle Cuisine soups are no exception. In addition, while most soup is naturally low in fat, Kettle Cuisine soups are not.

The cream, chicken fat, cheese and butter in each bowl add up to ten grams of saturated fat -- nearly a Big Mac's worth. You may wish to add Kettle's New England Clam Chowder to your watch list as well due to 14 grams of unsaturated fat.

The Hungarian Mushroom Soup contains six grams of saturated fat. If you follow the label's "serving suggestions" to add meat, poultry or meatballs and top with sour cream, you're really asking for a belly buster!
