Papaya Salsa

1 red pepper
1 hot pepper (Habenero or Scotch Bonnet)
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Papaya (washed, peeled, and seeded)
6 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro fresh
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 sweet onion

Dice the papaya, red bell pepper and sweet onion.
Finely mince the hot pepper; use rubber gloves for protection.
Combine the ingredients in a medium bowl and evenly mix.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
