Apple Hot Toddy Recipe

Place 1-1/2 cup apple cider, 1 cinnamon stick and 1 whole star anise in a small saucepan over high heat. Bring to a simmer. Remove from heat. Add 2 tablespoons brandy and 1 tablespoon honey. Place 1/4 Fuji apple, cut into thin wedges, into 2 serving glasses. Pour over hot apple cider mixture. Serve immediately.

Star Trimming Tip: Eat fresh fruit instead of dried fruit or fruit juice whenever possible.
