Can't go wrong with the classic combination of Cheddar cheese and apples baked into a heart-warming apple cobbler. Oatmeal lends texture and nutrients, while cinnamon, coriander and nutmeg make a flavorful blend of tasteful spices.

1/2 cup sugar
4 tablespoons softened butter
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
4 tart apples peeled, cored and coarsely chopped
Juice of one lemon
1 cup sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
Lightly mix flour, oatmeal, sugar, butter and spices until coarse and crumbly. Toss apples in lemon juice. Add sharp Cheddar cheese to apple mixture.
