Vegetarian friendly Apple Yogurt Cobbler recipe for a healthful apple dessert the whole family will enjoy. Yogurt has been produced for at least 4,000 years. 1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tablespoon seedless raisins
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon nuts or crunchy cereal as topping
Cover and refrigerate until well chilled. Just before serving, sprinkle with your choice of nuts or crunchy cereal.
Eat and enjoy as a snack or as a dessert.
