Apple Dip

Apple dip is good refridgerated or served as soon as its made. It won't take much of your time and is versatile enough to dip other foods in.

Enjoy this light fruit dip any time of the year!

Ingredients:
Sliced green apples
1 8-ounce package of cream cheese
1 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons vanilla extract

Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract on high speed until fluffy and creamy.

Cut green apples into serving-size slices.

Dip slices into dip and enjoy!

Nutrition Note: Can use fat free or light cream cheese; light varieties will make a creamier spread whilst still cutting a lot of fat and calories.

Fluffy Apple Dip

Instead of a literal apple dip, how about a fluffy dip FOR your fall apples? Very tasty!

Ingredients:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
Assorted apple wedges

Directions:
In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter and pie spice until blended; fold in marshmallow creme. Serve with apple wedges. Yield: 2 cups.
