Apple Pork Chop Skillet Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
4 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
2 Granny Smith apples, chopped
1-1/2 cups apple juice
1 package (6 oz.) stuffing Mix, any variety
Directions:
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chops and apples; cook 4 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Remove chops from skillet.
Add juice to skillet; stir. Add contents of Vegetable/Seasoning Packet and Stuffing Crumbs; stir just to moisten.
Top with chops; cover. Cook on low heat 10 minutes.
Recipe makes 4 servings.
