Apple Pork Chop Skillet

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
4 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
2 Granny Smith apples, chopped
1-1/2 cups apple juice
1 package (6 oz.) stuffing mix, any variety

Directions:
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chops and apples; cook 4 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Remove chops from skillet.

Add juice to skillet; stir. Add contents of Vegetable/Seasoning Packet and Stuffing Crumbs; stir just to moisten.

Top with chops; cover. Cook on low heat 10 minutes.

Recipe makes 4 servings.

Bonus Skillet Pork Chops: Orange Mustard Pork Chop Skillet

Ingredients:
Four, top loin pork chops
1/3 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons mustard

Directions:
In a non-stick skillet, brown chops on one side over medium-high heat; turn chops; stir in remaining ingredients. Lower heat; simmer covered for six to eight minutes. Recipe serves four.
