Blackberry Apple Dip

The addition of blackberries means an addition of nutrients! Blackberries are low in fat, saturated fat free, cholesterol free, sodium free and an excellent source of vitamin C and fiber .

Ingredients:
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
2 cups fresh blackberries
1 Gala apple, cored and diced
1 cup light soft cream cheese

Directions:
Wash all produce.

Combine yogurt, balsamic vinegar, blackberries and apple in a blender.

Cover and blend until smooth.

Add cream cheese; blend until smooth.

Serve immediately or transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.

Serve with apple slices, graham crackers, or on top of granola.

Did you know? Blackberries are different from black raspberries! They taste different and blackberries have a solid center, while raspberries are hollow when picked.
