1 teaspoon vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound lean ground beef or turkey
1 16-ounce bag frozen cut green beans, thawed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup walnut pieces
In a large skillet, heat oil and garlic over medium heat 30 seconds. Add beef and beans; sprinkle with salt. Mix well.
Cook 5 minutes or until beef is well browned, stirring occasionally.
Stir in walnuts; cook two minutes more.
Serve over hot cooked egg noodles or rice.
