You may never go back to plain old burgers! These are juicy and delicious!
Ingredients:
3 pounds lean ground chuck
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon Lowry's Seasoning Salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
Crackers, crushed
Your favorite barbecue sauce
12 hamburger buns (onion flavor prefered)
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a bowl, except crackers. Mix well with hands. Add crushed crackers until mixture reaches desired consistency; mix well. Mold mixture into twelve 2-inch balls. Pat gently in hands into burger shape. Place burgers on grill over low-medium flame. Flip every 3-4 minutes. Baste with your favorite barbecue sauce after each flip. 12 servings
Cook 'em how you like them!
Bonus Burger Tip
Drink tea with your grilled burgers. Chemicals in black and green tea help detoxify HCAs. Hot or iced tea from bags or loose tea is what you want to drink. Bottled teas or powdered, instant teas are not beneficial. If you wish, you can also marinate meat, poultry and fish in concentrated tea. Let the tea bag steep in 1/4-cup of hot water for five minutes.
