Sore Throat Soother

Sore throat? Stuffy nose? Mix together and sip:
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 ounce bourbon
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup hot water

Chocolate Fizz

1/4 cup cold chocolate syrup
1/4 cup cold light cream or half-and-half
1/2 cup cold club soda, freshly opened

Place chocolate syrup into tall glass; stir in light cream. Slowly pour soda down side of glass, stirring constantly. Serve immediately. Makes one 8 ounce serving.
