Frozen Cappuccino

Frozen Cappuccino

Freshly brewed espresso cooled to room temp then add half and half, sugar, cinnamon, coffee flavored liqueur for a Frozen Cappuccino. Spiced with cinnamon.


1 cup freshly brewed espresso, cooled to room temperature
2 cups ice cubes
1/4 cup half-and-half*
3 tablespoons superfine sugar, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup Kahlua or other coffee flavored liqueur if desired
Garnish: cinnamon


Preheat oven to 375-degrees.

In a blender blend all ingredients until smooth but still thick.

Divide mixture between 2 tall glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Recipe Notes

Tip: Choose a good espresso mix. Store beans in a glass or opaque container, well sealed. Avoid very dark colored beans and those that are excessively shiny. The blending and roasting of variety beans is what makes each brand unique.

*Note: You can use Land O' Lakes Fat Free Half and Half to cut some fat without harming the rich flavor and texture of this cappuccino.
