Cappuccino Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup powdered fat-free nondairy creamer
1 cup instant chocolate drink mix
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup instant coffee granules
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions:
Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Important: Store in an airtight container.
To serve:
Add three tablespoons mix to 3/4 cup boiling water and stir.
Recipe makes sixteen servings or three cups of mix.
