Chocolate Frosties

Chocolate Frosties can be enjoyed in low fat fashion or you can go all out without cutting fat. Dessert and drink all in one!

Chocolate Mint Frosties

2 cups milk
Ice
1 cup Cool Whip whipped topping
1 package (4 serving size) Jello-O chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling
4 chocolate mint patties

Pour two cups milk into large glass measuring cup. Add enough ice to measure 3 cups. Pour into blender.

Add one cup frozen Cool Whip Whipped Topping (fat free if watching calories and fat), one package (4-serving size) Jell-O chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling and four small chocolate-covered mint patties.

Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.

Serving size: 1 cup.


Banana Chocolate Frosties

Two all time favorite flavors pair up to create delicious but still healthful smoothies.

1 frozen banana, peeled
6 ounces cherry frozen yogurt
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1/2 cup skim milk

Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smoothie consistency is reached and enjoy! Yield: 1 serving.


Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Frosties

This recipe creates a cool summertime treat that truly does taste just like a good old fashioned peanut butter cup!

1-1/2 cup fat free or low-fat chocolate milk (or skim milk with chocolate syrup)
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup fat free chocolate frozen yogurt

Combine in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy. Makes 1 serving, 12 ounces per serving.


Banana Chocolate Frosties II

6 oz. chocolate cherry yogurt
1/4 cup skim milk
1 banana
3 large ice cubes

Put all ingredients into blender. Blend well, adding more ice or milk if necessary, until smoothie consistency is reached!
