Easy Eggnog
Enjoy a little holiday cheer with this fabulous but easy recipe. Sprinkle each serving with Ground Nutmeg or grate Whole Nutmegs for a festive touch.
Ingredients:
1 gallon prepared eggnog
1/2 cup light rum
1/2 cup brandy or peach brandy
1/2 cup bourbon
1 quart eggnog-flavored ice cream
Ground Nutmeg
Directions:
Pour eggnog into large punch bowl. Add rum, brandy and bourbon. Stir gently.
Add ice cream to eggnog by spoonfuls. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Makes 25 (1/2 cup)servings
