Enjoy a little holiday cheer with this fabulous but easy eggnog recipe. Sprinkle each serving with ground nutmeg or grate whole nutmegs for a festive touch.
1 gallon prepared eggnog
1/2 cup light rum
1/2 cup brandy or peach brandy
1/2 cup bourbon
1 quart eggnog-flavored ice cream
Pour eggnog into large punch bowl. Add rum, brandy and bourbon. Stir gently. Add ice cream to eggnog by spoonfuls. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Recipe makes 25 servings.
