Coffee and Tea Recipes: Coffee, the much maligned but undoubtedly beloved beverage, just made headlines for possibly cutting the risk of the latest disease epidemic, type 2 diabetes. For thousands of years, tea drinkers have been enjoying tea for its refreshing flavor and potential medicinal properties. Recently the results of scientific research revealed many ways tea benefits the body.

Espresso is a dark, strong coffee made by forcing steam (or hot water) through finely ground, Italian-roast coffee especially blended for making espresso. This form of brewing produces a thin layer of creamy, dark beige froth on the surface of the coffee. When serving espresso, a tiny (or DEMITASSE) cup is used.
