Milk Free Chocolate Shake is the perfect replacement for chocolate milk, this beverage has the texture of a thick cream, and the flavor is indescribably good. Extremely filling, high in calories - approximately 600! The equivalent to a Big Mac, but much better for you. Great for body building, long distance running or gaining weight.

Ingredients

avocado
1/2 cup Sucanat (Cane Sugar)
1-1/2 cup water
6 ice cubes

Directions

Blend well and drink!

You can also add a banana and cinnamon or anything else your heart fancies to your milk-free shake, such as mango, pear or peach. The shake mixture makes a great fruit dressing, as well.

Sucanat

Sucanat (Whole Cane Sugar) is sugar in its most natural form. It is extracted from the sugar cane and the freshly squeezed juice is evaporated by a special Swiss process. Only the water is removed. This process preserves all of the molasses. Sucanat is organically grown with no added preservatives and additives. It has a unique caramel flavor and a fine texture.
