Chocolate Peanut Shake

Chocolate Peanut Shake blends sweet banana with fat free chocolate milk, peanut butter and chocolate or vanilla low fat ice cream.

Ingredients

1 ripe medium banana, cut up
1 cup fat free chocolate milk
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup low-fat chocolate or vanilla ice cream

Directions

In a blender container combine banana, chocolate fat free skim milk, and peanut butter. Cover and blend until smooth.

Add low-fat ice cream. Cover and blend again, until smooth.

Pour into tall glasses; serve immediately.

Not into the peanut taste too much? Try this Banana Cocoa beverage instead!

1 cup (8 ounces) fat-free vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup fat-free milk
1 medium ripe banana, frozen and cut into chunks
3 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate drink mix
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately. Recipe makes three servings.
