Peachy Keen Shake

Fresh peaches for Peachy Keen Shake

Peachy Keen Shake blends peaches with raspberry yogurt, frozen peach slices, fat free milk, honey or sugar to sweeten and vanilla.

Ingredients

1 8-ounce carton raspberry low-fat yogurt
1 cup frozen unsweetened peach slices
1-1/2 cups fat free or 1 percent low fat milk
3 cups skim or reduced fat milk
1 tablespoon honey or sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

In a blender container combine yogurt, peaches and honey or sugar. Cover and blend until nearly smooth.

Add fat free (skim) or 1-percent low fat milk and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses; serve immediately.

Fruit SmoothieThese two combinations of smoothies can contain the fruit of your choice. For a smoothie with the lowest fat content, omit the yogurt or use fat-free if available.

12 ounces orange or apple juice
1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)
1 cup frozen strawberries
4 to 8 ounces frozen vanilla yogurt (optional)
OR
12 ounces orange or apple juice
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen peaches or blueberries
4 to 8 ounce frozen vanilla yogurt (optional)

Place juice in blender or food processor, add fruit and yogurt, if using, and blend.
