Choco-nana Milk Blast contains low fat chocolate milk with banana, low fat frozen yogurt, chocolate syrup and pretty multicolored sprinkles.
1 cup low fat chocolate milk
1 ripe medium banana
1 cup chocolate low fat frozen yogurt
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
White or multicolored sprinkles (optional)
Peel banana; break into chunks and place in blender container. Add milk, yogurt and chocolate syrup. Cover; blend until smooth. Pour into frosted glasses. Top with sprinkles, if desired.
Variation: You can substitute coffee frozen yogurt for the chocolate frozen yogurt to jumpstart calcium intake for the day.

Chocolate Blend Milkshake: 1 pint chocolate ice cream, 1/4 cup cream and 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup.
Triple Chocolate Stripe Milkshake: Make hot fudge by microwaving 1/2 cup finely chopped bittersweet chocolate and 1/4 cup each cream and sweetened condensed milk, stirring frequently, until melted; add 3 tablespoons hot fudge to each glass. Melt 4 ounces white chocolate with 2 tablespoons milk in a saucepan over low heat, whisking. Blend 1 cup chocolate ice cream and 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup. Layer the white chocolate and ice cream mixtures into clear crystal soda fountain glasses.
