Bonus Recipe: Banana-Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
Two medium, frozen, peeled bananas, sliced
1 cup frozen blueberries or other berries of choice
1 tablespoon honey
2 cups calcium-fortified vanilla soy milk
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on low speed for 30 seconds; then on high speed for 30 seconds longer, or until smooth.
Serve in chilled glasses. Recipe makes four servings.
