Mocha Indulgence Smoothie uses low fat milk, sugar free instant pudding, orange flavoring and warming spices.
2 cups cold fat free or low fat milk
2 cups strong coffee, cooled to room temperature
1 1.3-oz package instant sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
2 tablespoons non-fat evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon orange flavoring
1 orange (for zest)
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
2 ice cubes
Pinch grated fresh nutmeg
Divide the coffee into two clean ice cube trays and freeze until firm, 2-3 hours. Place all ingredients except zest in a large capacity blender. Blend on the chop ice setting until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender as necessary.
Pour into 4 glasses and serve.
If desired, garnish with orange zest. Serve immediately.

Mocha-Hazelnut Milkshake: Blend 1 cup vanilla ice cream, 1/2 cup each chocolate ice cream and coffee ice cream, 1/4 cup each milk and Nutella, and 2 teaspoons chocolate syrup.
Mocha Milkshake: Blend 1 cup each chocolate ice cream and coffee ice cream, 2 tablespoons milk and 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup.
Malted Mocha Chip Milkshake: Blend 1 cup each chocolate ice cream and coffee ice cream, 3 tablespoons malted milk powder, 2 tablespoons milk and 1/4 cup chocolate chips.
