This isn't just pumpkin flavored - this Pumpkin Pie Smoothie uses pumpkin puree for authentic pumpkin flavor.
1 cup fat free or low fat milk
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup crushed ice
2 tablespoon fat free half and half
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 banana, sliced and frozen
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch freshly grated nutmeg
Combine milk and next nine ingredients (through salt) in a blender; process until smooth.
Sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg.
