Vanilla-Banana Almond Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups fat free or lowfat milk
1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
dash vanilla extract
10 crushed almonds
1 cup (more or less as needed) ice cubes
Handful fresh mint leaves for garnish

Directions:

In a blender container combine all ingredients, except mint. Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds.

Pour into glasses and garnish with a fresh mint leaf if desired.

Recipe makes 4 servings, 4 ounces of milk per serving.
