3/4 - 1 cup papaya in cubes
1 cup fat free or low fat milk, cold
1 tablespoon low-calorie sugar or sugar substitute
2 ice cubes
Put all ingredients in a mixer/blender.
Mix until uniform and smooth. Ready to serve.
