1 cup fat free or lowfat milk, cold
1 tablespoon low-calorie sugar or sweetener substitute (optional)
2 ice cubes

Put all ingredients in a mixer/blender. Mix until uniform and smooth. Ready to serve.
Recipe makes 1 serving, 8 ounces of milk per serving.
