Rich, creamy with plenty of chocolate flavor, this Cookies and Cream Smoothie is a definite keeper!
If fat isn't a concern for you, you can, of course, prepare these with full fat products. Either way, Dress these up and serve in pretty clear crystal soda-fountain glasses!
1 cup fat free or low fat milk
1 cup fat free chocolate frozen yogurt
2 sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
Combine milk and frozen yogurt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Crumble in 2 regular sandwich cookies (like Oreos) and blend. Serve and enjoy.

Mint Cookies and Cream Milkshake: Soak 1 cup chocolate wafer cookies in 1/4 cup milk until soft. Blend with 1 pint mint chocolate chip ice cream. Top with semi-sweet mini chocolate chips.
