Cookies and Cream Smoothie Recipe

Good-for-you fruit in every glass! A smoothie is nutrient packed no matter how you mix it up. If you can, replace the urge for shakes with smoothies - you will do yourself good in more ways than you can imagine!
Preparation of a smoothie could not be easier - just toss the ingredients in a blender or food processor, process and pour. Strawberries and blueberries are very healthy, as they both are high in the nutrients of antioxidants and fiber, but there's no reason chocolate can't be equally as healthy as it is in this recipe. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 cup fat free or lowfat milk
1 cup fat free chocolate frozen yogurt
2 regular sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
Directions:
Combine milk and frozen yogurt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Crumble in 2 regular sandwich cookies (like Oreos) and blend. Serve and enjoy.
Recipe makes 1 serving, 8 ounces of milk per serving.
