Monkey Shakes Recipe

Healthy Beverage

Ingredients:
1 cup fat free milk
2 medium ripe bananas
1 cup halved fersh strawberries
1 cup rainbow sherbet

Directions:
In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth. Stir if necessary.

Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.
