Sherbet is naturally low in fat and an excellent source of Vitamin C. Rainbow sherbet usually comes in a blend of 3 citrus flavors such as orange, lemon and lime. Some have other delicious fruit flavor blends. Pick your favorite for this recipe.
1 cup fat free milk
2 medium ripe bananas
1 cup halved fresh strawberries
1 cup rainbow sherbet
In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth. Stir if necessary.
Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.
Recipe makes 4 servings.
