Whip up a quick batch of this smooth Orange Papaya Shake Break for an afternoon pick-me-up. Garnish each serving with a skewer of fresh fruit.
1 8-ounce carton vanilla low-fat yogurt
3/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 small papaya or mango, seeded, peeled, and chopped
1/2 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons honey
8 to 10 ice cubes
With the blender running, add ice cubes, one at a time, through hole in lid. Blend until smooth.
