Purple Cow Shake

Your youngsters won't hesitate to drink their milk when you serve it to them in this colorful banana and grape juice Purple Cow Shake.

Ingredients

1/3 cup frozen grape juice concentrate, thawed
1 banana, peeled and cut up
1 cup low fat milk*
1/2 cup ice cubes

Directions

In a blender container combine all ingredients.

Cover and blend a few seconds or just until frothy.

*Note: Low fat milk is the 1-percent fat cartons.
