Purple Cow Shake Beverage Recipe
Your youngsters won't hesitate to drink their milk when you serve it to them in this colorful banana-and-grape-juice shake.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup frozen grape juice concentrate, thawed
1 banana, peeled and cut up
1 cup lowfat milk
1/2 cup ice cubes
Directions:
In a blender container combine all ingredients.
Cover and blend a few seconds or just until frothy.
