Blueberry Banana Shake

Fresh Bluberries for Blueberry Banana Shake

The tasty fruits in this Blueberry Banana Shake are sodium free, fat free, cholesterol free, high in fiber and other nutrients.

Ingredients

1 banana cut into pieces
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 cup honey
2 cups plain yogurt

Directions

Bananas and banana juice In a blender, blend the banana, the blueberries, the honey, and the yogurt until the mixture is smooth.

Chill the mixture for 1 hour.

Pour the mixture into chilled glasses. (Frozen blueberries result in slightly thicker shakes.)
