The tasty fruits in this Blueberry Banana Shake are sodium free, fat free, cholesterol free, high in fiber and other nutrients.
In a blender, blend the banana, the blueberries, the honey, and the yogurt until the mixture is smooth.
Chill the mixture for 1 hour.
Pour the mixture into chilled glasses. (Frozen blueberries result in slightly thicker shakes.)
