A refreshing strawberry blast beverage or a blast with a strawberry banana margarita.
High in vitamin C and other cancer-fighting antioxidants, strawberries also boast a lot of fiber, plus some iron and potassium. One cup of sliced strawberries is a mere 50 calories, making them a fresh choice for snacking.
Put all ingredients into blender.
Cover and blend until thick and smooth.

Bonus Recipe: Strawberry Banana Margarita
1 cup chopped strawberries, frozen solid
1 small banana peeled and cut or broken into pieces
3 jiggers (4-1/2 ounces) tequila
1 jigger (1-1/2 ounces) Triple Sec
2-1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
In a blender, puree the strawberries and the banana with the tequila, Triple Sec, lemon juice and one cup cracked ice. Scrap the sides down occasionally. Blend until smooth but still frozen.
Divide the mixture between two stemmed glasses. Recipe serves two.
