Green Tea with Honey
Ingredients:
Cold water
Four bags of green tea
2 (1/2-inch) pieces ginseng root (optional)
1/2 cup honey or to taste
Directions:
Fill kettle with cold water and heat over high until steaming but not boiling. Place tea bags and ginseng root, if using, in heat-safe pitcher or teapot. Steep for 15 minutes.
Remove and discard tea bags and ginseng. Stir in the honey.
Stir in the honey and enjoy!
