1-1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup cold orange juice
2 cups fat free plain yogurt
1/4 cup fat free or 1-percent milk*
*Note: Fat free milk is the kind referred to as "skim". One percent milk is also referred to as "low fat".
In a blender, combine all the ingredients.
Blend until smooth. Pour into two large glasses.
Note: Using frozen blueberries will give you a thicker, creamier shake than you will get with fresh blueberries.
