Whole Wheat Cran-Apple Bread

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan (8x4 or 9x5-inch) with nonstick cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Combine skim milk, applesauce and honey and mix well. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir just until combined.
Gently fold in cranberries and apples. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake for 50 or 60 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
