Healthy Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
2-1/2 cup self-rising flour
2 cups brown sugar
3 eggs
1 stick butter
1 box chopped dates
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tablespoon vanilla
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and mix.
Add remaining ingredients.
Note: This is a very stiff batter.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and cook at 325 degrees until light brown, about 50 minutes to one hour.
Recipe makes 1 loaf Chew Bread.
