Healthy Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1-1/2 cup milk
1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons poppy seeds

Directions:
Combine all in large bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer.

Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 8 x 4 x 3-inch loaf pans.

Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour or until done.

Cool loaves in pan 10 minutes, remove from pan and cool on racks.
