Whip up a batch of these four-ingredient Granola Pancakes Sunday morning before church. What a great start to the week!
2 cups Original Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs or 1/2 cup liquid egg substitute
1/3 cup granola
Heat griddle or skillet over medium-high heat or electric griddle to 375 degrees; grease with cooking spray, vegetable oil or shortening. (Surface is ready when a few drops of water sprinkled on it dance and disappear.)
Stir Bisquick, milk and eggs in medium bowl until blended. Stir in granola. Pour by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden.
Recipe makes 12 pancakes.
