Cream Cheese Super Spread Recipe
Healthy Breakfast Recipe
This cream cheese-and-marmalade spread mixes up in minutes, then you can dip into it for breakfast all week long.
Ingredients:
1 8-ounce tub cream cheese
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
5 bagels or English muffins, split and toasted
Directions:
Soften the cream cheese a bit to help incorporate it with the marmalade.
Thoroughly blend the cream cheese and marmalade together until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency. Use a blender, if necessary.
When mixture is nice and creamy, gently stir in pecans or walnuts, if desired.
Delicious spread on bagels or English muffins, split and toasted.
