Sweet Fruit Omelet

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon liquid Butter Buds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
8 ounces egg substitute
1/2-cup fresh fruit pieces
2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Directions:
In an 8-inch skillet or omelet pan over medium heat, warm liquid Butter Buds.

In a bowl blend egg substitute, sugar, and vanilla.

Pour into skillet or omelet pan.

Cook, lifting edges to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath.

When almost set, spoon fruit over half of omelet.

Flip or fold the omelet over carefully. Slide onto serving dish.
