8 slices reduced calorie whole grain bread
1 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup skim milk
1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
Slice each piece of bread into 4 slices.
Combine egg substitute, milk, spices and sugar and mix well.
Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Quickly dip bread slices into egg mixture making sure all sides are coated. Cook until golden brown, approx. 2 minutes per side.
Serve with powdered sugar or syrup.
Recipe makes 4 servings.
