1 medium mango, peeled and diced
1 kiwifruit, peeled and diced
1/2 pint blackberries
1/3 cup orange juice
Heat oven to 350-degrees.
In a medium bowl, combine the mango, kiwifruit, blackberries and orange juice.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Half of a whole-wheat bagel with 1-tablespoon reduced-fat cream cheese, 8-ounces low-fat milk.
