White Miracle Cake Recipe
Fat Free Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup fat free Miracle Whip
1 cup warm water
Beat until light.
Add the following, mixing well after each addition:
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups cake flour
Directions:
Pour into a 8-inch cake pan sprayed with Pam and dusted with flour.
Bake at 375-degrees, 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Recipe makes 1 8-inch White Miracle Cake for 6 to 8 servings.
