Sugar Free Cake Frosting

Quite creamy Sugar Free Cake Frosting with no fat using an instant pudding mix along with frozen whipped topping.


1 8-ounce box sugar-free instant pudding mix
1 12-ounce container fat free frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 tablespoons milk


Pick your favorite flavor of sugar free instant pudding mix.

Take 2 tablespoons of milk and dissolve the pudding mix into it before add the Cool Whip by folding it in gently. (This will get rid of any grainess.) Fold into the thawed whipped topping.

Spread on cake or dip cookies, fruit etc. and enjoy!

Note: Keep leftovers refrigerated.

Bonus Recipe: Stir-in-the-Pan Cake

1/4 cup Crisco oil
1 box Swiss chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1-1/4 cups water
1 (6-ounce) package chocolate instant pudding
1 (6-ounce) package chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour oil into 9x13-inch pan. Tilt pan until to cover bottom with oil. Pour cake mix, eggs, water, and pudding into pan. Stir with fork or spoon until blended. Scrape sides and spread batter evenly in pan. Sprinkle on chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cut and serve directly from pan. Recipe serves 16 to 20.
