A light and airy Cheesecake with Fruit made with fat free cream cheese, powdered sugar and egg substitute.
4 8-ounce packages fat-free cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup warm water
1-1/2 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup liquid egg substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla
Fresh fruit berries of choice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Blend in powdered sugar until well mixed on medium speed. Add vanilla and blend. Slowly pour in Egg substitute and mix until combined.
Bake in an 8 or 9-inch springform pan for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool an hour or so and then refrigerate overnight.
Top with fresh berries of choice and/or fruits.
