Pumpkin Ring Recipe
Fat Free Cake Recipe
Pumpkin is SO good for you! Lots of vitamins and other vital nutrients...
Ingredients:
3 cups no-fat baking mix (See recipe)
1 cup sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup applesauce
Egg beaters equiv. to 4 eggs
1 can (16 ounces) pumpkin
2-1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup skim milk
Directions:
Heat oven to 350-degrees. Spray a bunt pan with Pam. Beat all ingredients on low
speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on medium speed three
minutes scraping bowl occasionally.
Spread in pan, bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
Cool ten minutes, remove from Pumpkin Ring from pan and cool completely.
