Chicken Salad Recipe
Healthy Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 cup mayonnaise, about
1 tablespoon grated onion
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup diced apple
1/2 of can (11 ounces) Mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup raisins
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion, curry and pepper. Mix until combined.
Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat well.
Add additional mayonnaise as needed.
Recipe makes about four cups.
