Spicy Honey Barbecue Chicken Recipe
Healthy Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
One package of baby carrots (16 ounces)
Six medium red potatoes, halved
One small thinly sliced onion
Two pounds of bone-in skinless, chicken breast halves
1-1/2 pound bone-in skinless, chicken thighs
1 cup spicy barbecue sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon flour
Directions:
Combine carrots, potatoes and onion. Cover and microwave on high, five minutes; drain. Place large heavy-duty foil bag in 1-inch deep pan. Arrange chicken and vegetables in bag in even layer. Combine barbecue sauce, honey and flour. Spoon over chicken and vegetables. Seal bag.
Bake 40 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand five minutes. Open bag carefully away from your face to allow steam to escape. Arrange chicken and vegetables on a platter and serve.
Recipe makes six servings.
